- Spread the filling mixture evenly over the biscuits. Carefully roll the dough up into one big roll. Pinch the seams of the dough all the way down the roll. Cut the roll into 1" slices.
- Spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray and put each 1" slice into the muffin tin. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until slightly browned on top. Serve warm.
